spent the halloween training at the pool with the ULC peeps last night, and then i had my subway coldcut afterwhich (assef treated me!)!! it was really fun, albeit incredibly exhausting. afterall, it IS mr sim's (physical conditioning) training :) haha. i swear at one point i was just hugging/dragging the mannequin while doing my backstroke and i just could NOT move. it was like, swimming on the spot. mannequins are cursed!!! i don't like mannequins at all. haha.

when i got home, i went online to d/l my beloved grey's, and talked on the phone with peirong til 2am? we haven't spoken in like.. forever! :) HAHA! :) then jerms called moi and YAY he is already almost at the last episode of grey's season 4! :)

btw, my mum's surgery was a success! thanks my dears for your concern. i'm staying at home today to accompany her. no beach training for me! :) but i'll do 1 hour of pilates before meeting the girls for dinner. my body is feeling sore and i need to strettttch it! :)

mousey's birthday dinner tonight! can't wait! :)
