the exhaustion felt during beach training today is beyond my description.
it was just EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMEEEEELY tiring.
maybe it was also due to mr sim's training last night at the pool.
i've never been pushed to such an extent before in my entire life.. (physically, and mentally)
then again, it's all in the head.
mind over matter! :D
we can do it!
oh and the best thing to have after beach training? my favourite, aloe vera milkshake!!! it tastes like melted ice cream! haha! :) and carrot and orange juice (my all time favourite cos it's so nutritional nutritious!) (see la when i'm tired i type nonsense)
