HAHAHHAHA!!!
OMG
kopped this from shania's blog ;)

today, my instructor told us something that made us break into peals of laughter :p according to nick, a studies from some university has shown that when a group of people carried out CPR with the music "stayin' alive" by the Bee Gees in the background, they actually had a higher tendency of meeting the timing of completing the 5 cycles in 2 minutes! haha.

after what nick said, we all went into Bee Gees mode and started singing that song, stanley in particular!!! (with that high pitched voice) haha! whether it is true or not, i don't know! not that i'm doubting nick though, haha! but well, it was hilarious and what we needed then, cos' today's revision training is our LAST BM training before our test on wednesday le, so i can tell some of us were pretty worried/stressed out. :)

i love my ULC (BM) mates. :) last training before our test... we had theory and water works... we saw our examiner today too because the juniors were taking their LS 1, 2, 3 test at the pool too. it'll be a long night on wed, hopefully the test doesn't end later than 11pm. there was once it ended past midnight and everyone had to take a cab home. evil examiner! haha!

anyhoodles! i just cooked some stew for dinner/supper! if you like carrots, onions and tomatoes, please read on! i have discovered the simplest method of cooking. STEWING! :) i just chopped everything up, threw them into a claypot that has about two-thirds cup of water, and let everything boil and simmer for 15 minutes, threw in some chicken breast meat that has been sliced, then let the whole thing simmer again for like 15 minutes (or more). if you want slightly more flavour, you can add half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and it'd taste PERFECT. it's nutritious AND easy to cook! :) you can gauge how many carrots or onions or tomatoes you want to add in, for me, i had 1 C, 1 O, and 2 Ts. it cooks about 2 servings? i shared it with my mum and sister. you can have it with bread or rice, or on its own. i had it on its own cos' i want to cut down on my carbs intake.

exams are SO approaching, and i have 1 final assignment due on wednesday. i shall make GOOD use of my time tomorrow since i have no lessons. besides spending time at home with my mum, i'll complete the climate change assignment, study a bit more for the BM test, and start mugging for the exams! :)

stayin' alive baby!
